Milan Nihari Masala is a complex, warming spice blend for nihari — the deeply revered slow-cooked beef stew that is a cornerstone of Pakistani and Mughal culinary tradition. The blend features a unique combination of warming spices including khas khas, dried ginger powder, fennel and a carefully calibrated mix of whole spices that develop an extraordinary depth of flavour over hours of slow cooking.
