Daal Masala

Milan Daal Masala is a fragrant spice blend specifically formulated for lentil dishes in the Pakistani tradition. The blend features the classic tarka spices — cumin, dried red chilli, coriander and warming aromatics — that are bloomed in oil or ghee and poured over cooked lentils to create the signature tarka daal. Works beautifully with all lentil varieties including masoor, moong, chana and toor dal.
